Leonard Bethea boasts an 18+ year career in IT management, backed by a bachelor’s degree in Management and Information Systems from the University of Southern Florida and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Florida State University. Specializing in team management and project evaluation, he brings expertise in current technology trends and analytical prowess to drive business growth. As an esteemed IT consultant, Leonard excels in strategic planning and communication, earning trust as a project manager and evaluator for organizations across public and private sectors.
Rhonda

Rhonda Talford Knight is an experienced Chief Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Officer with a demonstrated history of working in DEI for 25 years, developing and implementing DEI strategy, driving results in recruitment and retention, establishing and exceeding Supplier Diversity goals while supporting ESG reporting. As part of the Executive Team, Rhonda works closely with all leaders to integrate the DEI strategy. Trained with a global business lens and skilled in DEI metrics, recruitment & retention, resource groups, and Supplier Diversity, she uses problem-solving and effective communication skills to coach and move people. She is a strong business development professional with the ability to build meaningful relationships across an organization with a commitment to organizational growth and change management.

Craig Collins is an accomplished IT professional. Criag joins TMH Solutions with more than 20 years of experience delivering exceptional customer service and technology leadership in the public sector. As a former government IT leader, Craig has a proven record of managing large-scale projects, optimizing operations, and driving innovation to improve efficiency and service delivery. His commitment to efficient system integration, cloud migration, and infrastructure management reflects his commitment to excellence and his passion for leveraging technology to make a lasting impact.
