Tuck Executive Education is collaborating with Google to offer the Digital Excellence Program for Minority Entrepreneurs. This program—tailored to minority and underrepresented entrepreneurs—features sessions that cover topics ranging from constructing a digital strategy, to marketing businesses online, to managing digital communities. It will also include multiple intensive sessions on analytics.

(Columbus, Ohio Sept. 15, 2015) – Theresa M. Harris, President & CEO of TMH Solutions LLC will receive the 2016 Woman WELDing the Way by WELD (Women for Economic Leadership Development-Columbus chapter). Harris and 11 other women will be honored at a reception on November 5, 2015 at the Ohio Statehouse Atrium.

“I am so excited to be honored by WELD and be in the company of these extraordinary women,” says Harris. She is being honored for her work to help minority and women-owned businesses in Ohio to succeed. She knows first-hand the challenges small business owners face, establishing TMH Solutions more than five years ago. Harris’ tireless work as a member of the Ohio Minority Business Development Council is also a part of her achievements. Appointed in 2013 by Ohio Gov. John Kasich, she has taken an active role in identifying Ohio minority-based businesses and assisting them in the process of becoming certified businesses. This helped the state of Ohio exceed its MBE goals for the first time in 35 years.

Ms. Harris has more than 30 years of progressively responsible experience in Management and Information Technology. She has been a top performer in business development, information technology sales, management and professional services with such companies as: Blackwell Consulting Services of Ohio, Compuware, Computer Associates, Digital, Oracle, Unisys and Xerox. Ms. Harris has led these companies either through start-up, survival, turnaround and growth modes.

A firm believer in giving back to her community, she also currently serves as an active Board member with the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium, Mid-Ohio Food Bank, the COSI Community Board and is also a member of First Church of God and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
