Project Objectives: TMH Solutions provided resources to support a range of implementation tasks including, but not limited to, requirements, validation, design, development, testing, data conversion, system administration, deployment and post production support. TMH Solutions was responsible for performing project activities and creating deliverables in accordance with the company’s project plan.
The company program currently supports a large population of employees across over 100 Agencies. They do business with thousands of vendors and provide services to millions of Ohio citizens.
For the term of the contract, TMH Solutions provided IBM (prime contractor) resources to support the PeopleSoft implementation and applicable deliverables for the company’s Managed Services project.
TMH Solutions supplied break/fix support within the PeopleSoft HCM/FIN environments. Conduct root cause analysis of issues as problems resolution relating to HCM/FIN. Support enhancement work as it relates to Core finance and human resource modules. Follow and enforce SDLC change control procedures as part of the support effort. Responsible for module configuration and support of Core HCM/FIN modules. Work with Oracle Support to resolve delivered bugs and issues with Core HCM/FIN. Support the company’s batch processing needs and requirements. Provide testing standards to support HCM/FIN application maintenance with bundles, maintenance packs and tax updates and follow the established the company’s service levels for prioritization and escalation of support issues.
